How Can I Prevent Being Hacked Despite Having an SSL Certificate?

Hi, I'm Tyde, and I own a small ortho care service business. However, over the past few weeks, I have been discouraged by website hacking attempts. Even though I have installed an SSL certificate, I can't figure out how they can hack into my database. I am here to find a perfect solution. I would appreciate any help you can provide.
