How are cleaning services ensuring data security?

Recently, I was looking for the services of a cleaning company. I was in need of gutter cleaning. Although there were so many choices available, I was hesitant to fill out their forms. Most of these services ask for everything – your name, phone number and address. I want to hire a cleaning company, but I also want to make sure that my personal information is thoroughly secured. I do not know how I can tell whether a company will protect my data in an effective manner. If someone can tell me what to look for on a website that can ensure data security, I would be grateful. 

Alternatively, I would also appreciate it if anyone could recommend a cleaning service that can provide gutter cleaning alongside data security!
