Our teams comprise the Operation team that managers the daily operations of Softlogic Australia. They work closely with the customers and the research and development team. They are based in Melbourne and can be contacted by the customers for all operational matters.
Our Implementation team handles all the new customer implementation and also upgrades and rollouts of improvement to our existing systems. Our team encompasses skills and abilities in project management and implementation with a wealth of experience having implemented our services to over 100 sites and customers.
Helpdesk team support the Operations and implementations team dealing on a daily basis with customers.
